Country Road, River Walk, Woodland Trail & Native Stone Limited Residential & Light Commercial Warranty

Nature’s Reflections “Country Road”, “River Walk”, "Woodland Trail" & "Native Stone" Luxury Solid Vinyl Tile warrants all of its first quality solid vinyl flooring to the original purchaser/end user against “wear out” for a period of 10 years residential and 3 years light commercial from the date of original installation, provided that the flooring has been installed, utilized and maintained in accordance with Nature’s Reflections recommendations.” Wear Out” is defined as a complete loss of color pattern due to wear from normal traffic. Residential use is defined as single family homes or apartments. Light commercial is defined as low traffic retail shops or apartment common areas.
Nature’s Reflections “Country Road”, “River Walk”, "Woodland Trail" & "Native Stone" Luxury Solid Vinyl Tile warrants all of its first quality solid vinyl flooring to the original purchaser/end user against “manufacturing defects” for a period of one year. Written notice of any claimed defect must be received within one year after date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The exact matching of shade, color or mottling.
Any expressed or implied promise made by any salesman or representative.
Tears, cuts, burns or damage due to improper installation, improper use or improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
Labor costs for installation of original material.
Sale of “Seconds”, “Off Goods” or other irregular or non-first quality flooring materials. These goods are sold “as is” and no warranties apply.
Problems caused by moisture, hydrostatic pressure or alkali in the sub-floor.
Problems caused by uses, maintenance and installation that are contrary to specifications, recommendations or instructions.
Material installed with obvious defects.
Damage caused by abuse such as damage or indentations from boots, spike heels, rolling casters and unprotected furniture legs.
Damage caused by extreme sunlight exposure and discoloration from excessive heat.
Staining from common household stains including driveway asphalt sealer as well as scuffs, scratches, indentations, cuts, gouges, burns and similar conditions.
Installations of products with adhesives other than those recommended.
Material that is not installed or maintained according to recommendations and instructions.

Products
Nature's Reflections warrants our Vinyl LVT/LVP floor products to be free from manufacturing defects for a specified length of time from the date of PURCHASE.
Replacement/Repairs
Nature's Reflections reserves the right to replace our vinyl products into new ones of same color and dimension as a result of a warranty claim, not including loss of time, inconvenience, labor and/or materials costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages.
Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and delimitation when the flooring is subject to 25 year residential and 10 year light commercial use. All warranties in this Limited Warranty Guide are given only to the original purchasers of our products.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by fire, flood, vacuum cleaner, indentations or damage caused by improper rolling loads, chairs or other furniture not using proper floor protectors or caster wheels, and cutting caused by sharp objects, asphalt rubber mats staining, changes in color or sheen appearance when exposed to a natural light source and intentional damages.
- Minor shading, color or texture differences between samples and delivered product.
- Damage caused by improper installation.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so that the above limitation and exclusion may not apply. Your warranty gives you specific legal rights. Any litigation or other legal proceeding, which may arise between any of the parties hereto should be brought in any of the competent Courts of the State of California. The applicable laws is adjudicating the disputes which may arise between any of the parties hereto should be those of the State of California.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. Please keep your receipt. Nature's Reflections needs the receipt in order to verify date of purchase to help resolve any problems.
